It's a countdown timer. It has its own domain. The default theme is Scary Clown. Every choice after that is yours.
overlib.js says: Set a duration or a target time, pick your theme — Scary Clown, Friendly Clown, or Non-Clown Mode (cute dog, quacking duck, mooing cow, wise owl...) — and wait. What happens at 00:00 depends entirely on choices you made earlier and must live with.
